Shipping + Returns

RETURN POLICY

Web orders are eligible for a full refund.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. No exceptions.

Returned Merchandise must be:

  • Unworn.
  • Unwashed.
  • Free of any alterations or damages.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any HAUTE WHEELS hangtags, attached.
  • For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments cannot be returned.
  • All SALE items are a FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for exchange or credit.  

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

How should you send your return back? 

We will issue an Return Authorization (RA). Once received, securely pack your item with a copy of the RA. 

Print or purchase a shipping label to the return address listed below and once item is received we will process your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

  •  We process all returns within 7-14 Business days of receiving your items.
  •  We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.

For purchases made at a truck party.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do allow for exchanges and would happily arrange a time for you to return to the truck and exchange your purchase for another item or size (if available).
